Hassle Free Returns Policy:

We will gladly accept returns, no questions asked, as long as the product is in an unused, sealed and re-sellable condition.

How long do I have to return the product?:

Returns are accepted 90 days from order arrival date.

What happens if my product has arrived damaged/faulty?

We strive to use the appropriate packaging when sending your order off, but in the unlikely event that the item has arrived damaged, please contact us through the contact form with your order number, name and photos of the product and we will gladly send out a new order.

Who pays for the returns if I have a change of mind?

Please note that shipping will be the buyer's responsibility for change of mind returns.

HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS:

1. Go to the Contact Us tab and fill out the details including your name, email and request form.

2. Once we have received your email, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to organise a return label.

3. Once the returns label has been submitted by you, simply repackage the order and drop it off at any AusPost agency or mailbox.

4. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges) once we receive the order.
